At PlayingCardDecks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your collection; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened decks or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
